Eligibility Requirements

To use our services, you must meet the following requirements:

Age & License

Minimum age of 21 years
Valid driving license for at least 1 year
Clean driving record
No major traffic violations

Documentation

Government-issued photo ID
Valid credit/debit card
Address proof document
Emergency contact information

Booking and Rental Terms

Reservation Policy

Bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances
Confirmation is required before pickup

Hourly

Minimum 4 hours

Daily

24-hour periods

Weekly

7+ day rentals

Vehicle Usage Guidelines

Permitted Uses

Personal transportation within Rajasthan
Tourism and sightseeing
Business travel
Airport transfers
Wedding and special events

Prohibited Uses

Commercial taxi or ride-sharing
Racing or competitive driving
Off-road or rough terrain driving
Transporting illegal substances
Subletting to third parties

Violation of usage guidelines may result in immediate termination of rental and additional charges.

Payment Terms

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The amount varies by vehicle type and rental duration.

Payment Methods

We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. Cash payments accepted for certain bookings.

Additional Charges

Extra charges may apply for fuel, tolls, parking, late returns, cleaning, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Refund Policy

Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are eligible for full refund. Cancellation charges apply for shorter notice periods.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

Drive safely and follow all traffic laws
Return vehicle in same condition
Report accidents or damage immediately
Pay all fines and penalties incurred
Keep vehicle locked when unattended
Maintain fuel levels as specified

Our Responsibilities

Provide well-maintained vehicles
Ensure vehicles are clean and fueled
Provide 24/7 roadside assistance
Maintain comprehensive insurance
Process deposits and refunds promptly
Respect your privacy and data

Insurance and Liability

All our vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance. However, certain conditions and limitations apply.

Covered

Third-party liability, theft protection, accident damage (subject to deductible)

Not Covered

Personal belongings, driving under influence, unauthorized drivers

Important Note

Renters are responsible for the first ₹5,000 of any damage claim. Additional insurance options available at booking.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement immediately if:

You violate any terms of this agreement
You provide false information during booking
The vehicle is used for illegal activities
You fail to make required payments
You endanger the safety of others

In case of termination, you must return the vehicle immediately and forfeit any prepaid amounts.
